The heat is on

It seems that as soon as my core body temperature gets too hot, there's no turning back. I've tried everything, but I still get nauseous, headaches, and ask my poor hubby, reeeeally grumpy. Cold showers just weren't doing the trick anymore, so I've shifted to cold baths. Like sitting in a paddling pool before the sun has warmed up the water, aaahhhhh. I'm thinking this will be routine until the weather starts telling me otherwise. A low of only 18 overnight. Oh my goodness, the Lord be with me..... (and also with you) ;)

  1. I remember those days......and I am sooooo glad that I don't have to do that anymore........I nearly froze my husband out of the house when I was pregnant in early spring and I would have the windows wide open......
Hopefully the next few weeks will go fast for you and you will find some relief

Oh Nin! I'll pray for a good night's sleep for you - and some nice cool fall weather (which I'd like for myself as well).

  3. I remmeber being in the middle of winter, pregnant, and way over heated......
of course in a basement, it is cold in the winter already, I would have a fan on me, sleep bare and joe would have pj's on, and tons of covers.

    i love being pregnant!

  4. Thanks for commenting on my blog.
