Things I am thankful for...

-things that can be deep fried.
-the once in a blue moon moment that my kids get along for a few glorious minutes.
-when my son tells me I have a nice bum.
-that our basement has NOT flooded.
-that we don't have a cat, or a dog, or some other various stinky pet.
-for nights we put our kids to bed early.
-that my daughter is a true shopper, knows my style, and helps me pick out things I would like, as well as joins me in making fun of things that are hideous.
-that one day, I will have a new dishwasher.
-my new bikini top.
-the sunny forecast for next weekend.
-the fact that I know well enough to not hold my breath on that forecast.
-that I still date my husband.
-gravol, tylenol, and advil.
-that I'm off facebook and all it's nonsense.

  1. That's funny that your son said you have a nice bum. Kids say what they think!

And I think it's great that you still date your hubby. I wish I was consistent with our dates. It's harder without family here to help babysit.

I used to love having a cat in the house but with Trev allergic my cat stayed with my parents. Now I don't like visiting my parents due to the cat smell and cat hair all over the place.

Ya animals can be annoying, but I woulnd't give my Dutch up for anything! He's cute when he's good and he's cute when he's bad....

Facebook isn't ALL nonsense it depends on how you choose to use it. BUT if your contacts don't use it wisely then yes it becomes nonsense and it's so easy to get sucked in...
